Lead application delivery management and serve as the single point of contact for regional delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage AMS engagements and application delivery across the regional scope of work.
• Direct demand management for the aligned regional portfolio.
• Lead global teams supporting ERP, custom applications, and digital technologies.
• Manage customer stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication.
• Act as the primary liaison for regional delivery operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive experience managing AMS engagements.
• Proven track record of managing global teams.
• Experience managing ERP (SAP) applications.
• Experience managing open/custom applications and platform support.
• Experience managing digital technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Demand Management.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, FICO, MM/WM, or PP.
• Experience with Open Apps like WMS (Red Prairie).
