Responsibilities

• Manage complex client accounts and oversee end-to-end program delivery workflows.
• Drive project execution using standard management tools and methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between stakeholders to ensure strict program alignment.
• Monitor project health and mitigate risks to maintain delivery schedules.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven expertise in Account Management with a track record of client success.
• Proficiency with Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project planning and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
