Description

You will lead high-visibility Salesforce development projects within a complex, matrixed enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with product owners, scrum masters, and third-party project managers.
• Troubleshoot schedule deviations within one week of occurrence.
• Escalate risks to leadership to remove blockers and facilitate resolution.
• Navigate cross-functional stakeholder requirements across multiple systems.

Required Skills

• Experience managing high-profile Salesforce development projects.
• Proficiency in hybrid waterfall and Agile environments.
• Direct experience working within a matrixed enterprise setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills regarding project timelines and blockers.
• Ability to manage complex systems and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven experience coordinating with scrum masters and product owners.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
