Description

You will manage the full project management lifecycle for financial systems projects across global regions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project management lifecycle for financial system implementations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement directly with C-level executives.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings independently.
• Execute project tasks as an individual contributor to ensure immediate delivery.
• Coordinate project workflows across LATAM, EMEA, and North America regions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive background in Financial Systems, specifically Oracle EBS or SAP.
• Proven experience managing projects within LATAM and EMEA regions.
• Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to operate as a 100% individual contributor.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
