Description

Lead delivery of complex Core Banking Digital Transformation engagements, owning the demonstration strategy from initial engagement through closure.

You will translate senior client business objectives into actionable program goals, establish governance, and mitigate risks across multi-million-dollar programs.

Mentor cross-functional teams including architecture, development, testing, and migration to ensure quality delivery. Consult with clients on Digital Transformation roadmaps, architecture, and process design.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall demonstration strategy for Core banking solutions from initial engagement through closure.
• Translate senior client business objectives into actionable program goals and deliverables.
• Establish program governance, monitor milestones, and mitigate risks across multi-million-dollar programs.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Consult with clients on Digital Transformation roadmaps, architecture, and process design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in core banking transformation programs.
• 15+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in core banking consulting or implementations.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar programs with distributed teams.
• Strong functional understanding of retail and corporate banking processes (Savings, Checking, Deposit, Retail Lending).
• Expertise in stakeholder management, business writing, and influencing senior leadership.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Jira.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
• Experience with C/C++, Java, Python, Node.js, Kubernetes, and Docker.
