Description

You will lead the management and oversight of all aspects of project and program delivery for diverse initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse projects as the primary day-to-day project manager.
• Integrate and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality output.
• Deliver commissions in compliance with management systems and client platforms.
• Support business development through client relationship management and bid preparation.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of project or program management experience in the built environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Professional Certification in the PPM environment.
• Experience with Alternative Project Delivery models such as Design-Build or P3.
• Experience in procurement of design and construction contracts for external clients.
• Proficiency in P6, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a co-located member of project teams working for external clients.
