Description

You will lead a global digital workplace migration for a major banking client, managing the transition of approximately 1000 users from existing EUC Desktop and M365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end migration of desktops, M365, and voice services for a global user base.
• Manage internal SMEs and PMO resources to ensure timely project delivery and quality.
• Coordinate directly with client teams to maintain a unified delivery ethos and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Track project commercials to ensure payment milestones and deliverables align with contractual obligations.
• Run regular internal and external delivery reviews, escalating issues as required.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven experience migrating users from EUC Desktop and M365 environments.
• Deep understanding of workplace technology migration processes, including M365, EUC Devices, and Voice Services.
• Experience managing large-scale migrations for global clients.
• Strong ability to manage project commercials and delivery milestones.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and vendor/client relationship oversight.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and SMEs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
