Description

You will drive program delivery and oversight within the PMO team, coordinating across Business, Risk, Technology, and Product management functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage program delivery, risk monitoring, scope management, and budgetary tracking.
• Produce all levels of reporting and presentations, including template creation, slide drafting, and document reconciliation.
• Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, managing setup, and documenting notes.
• Maintain key trackers and drive action items to completion while highlighting critical risks.
• Perform data reconciliation for the budget process and serve as a liaison for offshore Platform functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional environments.
• 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management operations or related financial services roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to identify risks, trends, and remediations when working with technology and business stakeholders.
• Strong investigative, research, and data reconciliation skills.
• Proven ability to tailor verbal and written communication for different audiences.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience drafting release notes and summaries tailored for various organizational levels.
