You will manage complex projects within a financial services environment, owning the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle and key deliverables.
• Provide regular status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver clear presentations for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.
• Strong Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
