Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in CRM concepts and challenges.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and resource allocation.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-team resource allocation.
