Description

You will lead large-scale vertical commercial construction projects from inception to completion, managing budgets of $20M or more.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale construction projects valued at $20M or more.
• Organize project teams to ensure all technical and timeline goals are met.
• Execute contract management and negotiation processes.
• Oversee multiple construction disciplines to ensure project alignment.
• Travel occasionally to project sites as required.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of commercial construction management experience.
• Proven track record with vertical construction including mid-rise, high-rise, data centers, or distribution centers.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with BIM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
