Description

You will manage immunization division projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion within scope, budget, and schedule.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage immunization program-related systems by collaborating with vendors and the division.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, track risks, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Liaise between program areas, vendors, and technical support groups to facilitate business solution delivery.
• Track project performance, prepare status reports for management, and escalate issues as required.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with IT experience.
• Proven experience developing project plans and managing progress against risks and schedules.
• Experience managing projects to meet budgetary objectives and performing financial analysis adjustments.
• Extensive knowledge of application development software, testing practices, and development standards.
• Proficiency with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong ability to analyze, plan, and execute complex technical projects.
• Solid communication skills for requirement validation and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and knowledge of PMI best practices.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
