Description

You will plan and coordinate cross-functional projects including product development, regulatory submissions, clinical studies, and product roll-out.

Responsibilities

• Generate timelines and milestones by working closely with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track progress to ensure deadlines are met and manage necessary trade-offs.
• Manage project resources and promptly escalate resource constraints.
• Identify risks to timelines and implement mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of technical project management experience specifically for AI or software products in healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technology projects in Medical Device R&D or similar regulated environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on spec and on time.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking with high attention to detail.
• Experience working through ambiguity and making decisions regarding key deliverables and trade-offs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with machine learning, enterprise software, or software development.
