Description

You will drive Global Client Experience Team initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and process efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes to enhance team execution.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and quality of all deliverables.
• Work with the program manager to align on timelines and workflows.
• Provide regular status reports and dashboards tracking project progress, risks, and roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience coordinating deliverables in a global environment.
• Data-driven approach to reporting and performance tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong presentation and listening skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
