Description

You will own project delivery for a key initiative, acting as the primary Scrum Master and project lead. This role requires extreme ownership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed teams to ensure timely updates and efficient execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear project plans, surfacing potential roadblocks early to mitigate risk.
• Manage Jira workflows and facilitate daily scrums to keep the team aligned and moving forward.
• Own outcomes end-to-end, ensuring project efficiency and timely delivery of milestones.
• Partner with the reporting leader to drive decisions and remove impediments within matrixed teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.
• Proven expertise in Jira for project tracking and backlog management.
• Strong experience running daily scrums and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Outstanding communication and people skills to engage stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build clear project plans and manage complex dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• History of holding roles for at least 3 years, showing stability and depth.
