You will lead complex projects and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Apply PMBOK guidelines to create project charters, work plans, and budgets.
• Utilize BABOK and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze processes and ensure quality.
• Manage organizational change, risk, and stakeholder expectations independently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, change management, and risk management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in healthcare or research environments.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience.
