Manage complex software delivery cycles within a matrix organization and cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery processes using Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
• Manage project workflows and tracking using Jira and Rally.
• Collaborate directly with software engineering teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives to resolve project bottlenecks and delivery risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Direct experience working with software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Jira and Rally.
• Strong Data Analytics capabilities.
• Expertise in Product Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts, data structures, and tech stacks.
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
• Domain expertise in Bank Accounts Receivable, Payment, or Lending products.
• Proven track record of delivering software at scale.
