Description

Lead the facilitation and coordination of multiple overlapping projects focused on data collections for the Ed-Fi initiative, ensuring statutory data submission requirements are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects within a program to meet statutory data submission requirements.
• Elicit and document business requirements, business rules, data element details, and reporting needs.
• Manage project constraints including scope, schedule, cost, and resource requirements.
• Identify and coordinate risk management and mitigation strategies to handle potential crises.
• Provide project status reports and facilitate knowledge transfer to State staff.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in a Project Management or Business Analyst role.
• Minimum of two separate engagements lasting more than six months in a Project Manager role.
• Experience defining and documenting standard project processes.
• Ability to manage project dependencies and the critical path.
• Proven ability to document business processes, rules, and change impacts.
• Experience establishing project timelines and tracking milestones.
• Bachelor's degree (substitutes for 2 years of experience) or Master's degree (substitutes for 3 years of experience).

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with State government work.
• 1-2 years of experience with data collection or data analytics work.
