• Must complete Glider Senior Project Manager Assessment (19 questions)
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Experience delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Agile and Waterfall project management experience

Duties:

• Lead large enterprise technology and business programs
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and workstreams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and executive communications
• Manage project governance, reporting, and change management
• Lead business readiness, implementation, and operational transition activities
