Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of small to large complex projects across multiple lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through the full lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile, or package-based methodologies.
• Develop work-based project schedules using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with accurate critical path analysis.
• Manage project resources, vendors, and contracts, including local and remote team members.
• Drive team performance to meet planned cost, schedule, and quality targets using Earned Value management.
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies, manage prioritized user story backlogs, and oversee sprint velocity and burndown.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading Agile Scrum management.
• Expertise in multiple lifecycles including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile Lean.
• Proficiency in MS Project for building work-based plans and performing against baselines.
• Experience with process-based maturity models such as CMMI or ITIL.
• Ability to lead multi-level planning including roadmaps, MVPs, epics, and releases.
• Proven track record in managing budgets and maintaining accurate cost and schedule forecasts.
• Experience managing long lead time deliverables with external suppliers.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Domain experience in Automotive, Finance, Banking, or CMMI 3+ IT services.
