Lead a mission-critical, board-level program execution with a focus on complex dependencies and challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional matrix teams to deliver high-volume, low-latency trading platform initiatives.
• Develop detailed program artifacts and coordinate execution to ensure successful delivery.
• Resolve technical and operational issues by diving into specific details.
• Maintain positive team relationships and clear communication across all levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Fluency in Atlassian solutions: JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Planning.
• Experience with exchange-size trading platforms or similar low-latency/high-volume systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and drive goal-oriented outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial technology or trading systems.
• Proven track record of leading board-level or executive programs.
