Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through full lifecycles using Waterfall, Agile, or package-based methodologies.
• Develop work-based schedules using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with accurate critical path analysis.
• Manage resources, vendors, and contracts for local and remote teams.
• Drive team performance to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets using Earned Value management.
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and oversee sprint velocity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading Agile Scrum management.
• Expertise in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile Lean lifecycles.
• Proficiency in MS Project for work-based plans and baseline tracking.
• Experience with CMMI or ITIL process maturity models.
• Ability to lead multi-level planning including roadmaps, MVPs, and epics.
• Proven track record managing budgets and maintaining accurate forecasts.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Domain experience in Automotive, Finance, Banking, or CMMI 3+ IT services.
