Description

You will manage project lifecycles from planning through delivery, ensuring objectives meet specified standards and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Produce Project Management Plan documents and detailed project plans using tools like MS Project.
• Monitor and report on project performance, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality of deliverables.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, and concerns through proactive communication.
• Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings, and presentations.
• Ensure all work products and deliverables comply with PMI standards and organizational processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a practicing Senior Project Manager.
• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Proven experience managing projects related to mergers and acquisitions and company integrations.
• Expertise in integration planning and managing complex project lifecycles.
• Experience managing team resources, estimating effort/costs, and project scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working across all levels of an organization.
• Experience with systems development projects.
