You will manage complex IT projects within a large-scale organizational structure, owning the full lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control all project activities following industry best practices.
• Evaluate project progress and performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage agile backlogs and project workflows to maintain consistent delivery velocity.
• Lead project activities through the complete lifecycle, ensuring timely execution.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT project management within large-scale organizations.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with MS Project for scheduling and planning.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for agile backlog management.
• Background in software development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering) or Administration (Organizational Information Systems, Operations Logistics). Equivalent experience applies: 2 years of experience for each missing year of formal schooling.
