Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from discovery and requirements documentation through transition to operations.
• Drive delivery using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies, balancing scope, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and consultants, monitoring performance against clear metrics.
• Produce and maintain project artifacts, including RAID logs, resource plans, and status reports.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executives and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• PMP certification from PMI.
• 10+ years managing large, complex IT projects.
• Proven success with Cloud and SaaS implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong command of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state government IT governance and procurement processes.
• Background working within or alongside a Project Management Office (PMO).
