Description

You will lead large-scale, multi-year enterprise programs within the utility industry, driving delivery from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale, cross-functional program delivery from inception to completion.
• Manage governance, risk, and dependencies across complex, multi-year programs.
• Coordinate with executive stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure alignment.
• Apply Agile and hybrid delivery models to manage project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in Enterprise Program and Project Management.
• PMP certification.
• Deep knowledge of the utility industry, specifically Metering, Meter operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
• Experience managing Smart Metering systems and their components.
• Proven track record in large-scale, cross-functional program delivery.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong executive stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
