Description

You will lead Salesforce implementation projects from initial concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs within scope and budget.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams through requirement gathering and execution.
  • Manage large, complex projects using Agile methodologies and standard project management tools.
  • Ensure all implementations align with REMS guidelines and clinical trial requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and support project teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) clouds.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation specifically for clinical trials.
  • Proficiency in EDC/CDM systems.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities.
  • Working knowledge of clinical research sectors, including pharma, device, or biotech.
  • Expertise in MS Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
