Own end-to-end project plans for partner governance initiatives, driving compliance, policy development, and cross-functional workflow optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end project plans for partner governance, including BRD development and tool configuration.
• Drive partner compliance programs by translating policies into operational workflows and tracking adherence across partner segments.
• Establish and maintain governance policies aligned with GPRS standards and Cisco partner frameworks.
• Design and improve cross-functional workflows connecting partner-facing teams, legal, finance, and operations.
• Apply AI tools and automation to increase team efficiency and governance scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise technology, channel/partner operations, or B2B services.
• Proven experience authoring BRDs and managing cross-functional delivery from requirements through launch.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, partner governance models, and policy lifecycle management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting executive-level communications.
• Proficiency with workflow design and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart).
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and/or workflow automation platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Cisco partner ecosystem, route-to-market strategies, or channel program operations.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience with compliance or partner incentive platforms, including DEC and IA workflows.
