Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of real estate system initiatives, managing implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real estate system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment to business priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and lead vendor relationships.
• Coordinate system integrations with ERP, finance, and data platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise IT or PMO environments.
• Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle concepts (lease management, critical dates, financial obligations).
• Expertise with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and forecasting.
• Experience coordinating system integrations with ERP, finance, and data platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating real estate systems with ERP or financial platforms.
• PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) or equivalent.
