Description

Lead engineering teams in transitioning from reactive fire-fighting to proactive project execution and scalable processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project backlogs to ensure consistent forward momentum.
• Resolve project conflicts and establish clear resolution paths.
• Manage dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
• Assess and mitigate risk exposure while managing resource planning.
• Mentor individuals in planning and execution best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of full-time program management experience within an engineering or software technical department.
• Direct experience managing multiple Agile teams.
• Mastery of Scrum and Kanban methods.
• Strong understanding of managing the life-cycle of large-scale programs and projects.
• Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Python and Perl.
• B.S./B.A. in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
