Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and manage end-to-end project delivery for Finance EPM PBCS modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle application implementations and support.
• Design and architect solutions across multiple integrated systems to address client business requirements.
• Identify process gaps and provide functional solutions to resolve complex customer escalations.
• Prepare critical project documentation including BR100, MD50, TE020, configuration, and test scripts.
• Drive business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise and handling third-party application integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or functional consultancy.
• Oracle Certified Functional SME in Fusion Cloud.
• Oracle Certified Functional SME in Finance - EPM PBCS.
• Hands-on experience with at least one full Fusion Cloud implementation covering PBCS.
• Proficiency in AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Experience designing architectures for complex system integrations.
• Strong capability in drafting functional designs, To-Be processes, and test scripts.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing end-user communications.
