Description

You will lead software implementation projects and delivery teams to meet client success criteria. Responsibilities include building project plans, managing scope changes, and tracking expenditures against budget. You will coordinate kick-off and milestone meetings, manage risks and issues, and communicate updates between clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with project delivery teams of 3-6 people.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation for scope changes and change control.
• Track and report project expenditures against budget and support revenue forecasting.
• Manage project risks, issues, action items, and status reporting.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and conduct milestone meetings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience in professional services, software implementation, or information systems.
• Active project management certification such as CSM, PMI, or PMI-ACP.
• Proficiency with MS-Project, Project Insight, Jira, or Confluence.
• Strong presentation skills for one-to-one and one-to-many forums.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, and risk.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Degree holder (Any Graduate).
