Description

You will manage complex IT and business projects from initiation through closure, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines while leading teams to ensure service delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coach junior project managers to ensure successful service delivery.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams to align on objectives.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop and manage project budgets, allocating resources through demand and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• Nine (9) years of experience managing multiple IT and business projects.
• Two or more years in a lead role requiring cross-divisional stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with MS Project and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Jira and GitHub.
• Familiarity with PPM tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (CISSP or CISM).
• Experience with networking standards (CCNA or CCNP).
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure or AWS).

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Cisco CCNP or Palo Alto Networks PCNSE certification.
