Description

Lead large-scale data transformation and integration initiatives to enable agency-wide analytics and reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of data pipelines and transformation projects.
• Develop project management plans, documentation for risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide SDLC processes.
• Report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT staff and business units to define data requirement standards and optimize operations.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience managing technical projects involving data pipelines and analytics in large organizations.
• 10 years of experience researching, analyzing complex problems, and devising technical solutions.
• 8 years of experience coordinating IT staff and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards and reports.
• 8 years of experience managing relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors.
• 8 years of experience overseeing the development of technical artifacts and facilitating SDLC processes.
• 5 years of experience establishing and integrating reporting system policies, processes, and requirements.
• 5 years of experience creating briefing documents, administrative reports, and executive presentations.
