Description

You will manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and report on project performance and status to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Expertise in Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and MS Project.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
