You will steward the PMed Team's overall program timelines, study pull-through, and team efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and execution of integrated cross-functional PMed Plans supporting asset strategy.
• Apply project management best practices across all lifecycle stages, making trade-off decisions for execution.
• Conduct critical path analysis, challenge assumptions, and hold teams accountable for inflection points.
• Co-lead content creation for cross-functional reviews, including technical reviews and Governance meetings.
• Drive risk management and communication plans to ensure on-time delivery across scope, time, and budget.

Required Skills

• Strong application of Project Management methodologies.
• Experience leading Agile teams.
• Ability to pivot based on scientific or strategic data changes.
• Experience driving cross-functional integration between Evidence Generation and Product Teams.
• Strict adherence to SOPs.
• PhD or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant PM experience, OR Bachelor's with 4 years, OR Associate's with 6 years.
