You will manage the lifecycle of complex enterprise projects and products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and long-term product vision.
• Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage cross-functional project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Identify and mitigate project and delivery risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, updates, and feedback sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise project and product management experience across business and IT.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strong background in product planning, lifecycle management, and roadmap development.
• Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM and IT project management.
• Skilled in Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and Miro.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience preparing documentation like business cases and risk assessments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project for complex scheduling.
