Description

Lead large-scale, multi-year, multi-million dollar integrated enterprise projects across business and I&IT teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including resource allocation, backlog maintenance, and task tracking.
• Coordinate with policy, IT, legal, communication, and privacy teams to deliver business and technical requirements.
• Oversee financial management, validating forecasts, cost assumptions, and reconciling project expenditures.
• Lead large-scale technology infrastructure procurements and I&IT technology site deployments.
• Orchestrate the delivery of business, operational, and IT deliverables for end-to-end electronic solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of integrated enterprise project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multi-year, multi-million dollar budgets.
• Expertise in managing stakeholders, risks, changes, issues, scope, and resources.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, KanBan, and Workamajig.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scalable minimum viable products.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle and related deployment environments.
• Experience leading QA activities and processes.
• Ability to produce business cases, Privacy Impact Assessments, Threat Impact Assessments, and RFIs/RFSs.

Preferred Skills

• 3-year tenure stability in previous roles.
