Description

You manage the delivery of complex technical and marketing projects by bridging business stakeholders and IT teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams by prioritizing workloads, managing scope, removing roadblocks, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Develop project plans and utilize Jira to manage budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
• Implement Agile or hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies to drive project execution.
• Facilitate meetings and provide written project updates to management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering IT and/or technical projects.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong risk management and mitigation skills.
• Ability to present technical concepts succinctly to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering marketing projects involving Salesforce, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), or data privacy management software.
• Experience working with Procurement, Legal, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture.
• SAFe or Scrum certification.
