Description

You will lead large-scale, high-impact workstreams within the Investment Management Platform program.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, direction, and coordination of assigned workstreams to meet program goals and business value objectives.
• Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business units, including Investment Management, Back Office Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Infrastructure Services.
• Drive workstreams toward rigid timelines and program milestones.
• Break down high-level decisions into actionable tasks and self-initiate next steps to maintain momentum.
• Organize, track, and document meeting outcomes and workflow tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage high-risk, high-complexity workstreams across global locations.
• Experience coordinating with internal enterprise teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage dependencies across diverse functions like Operations, Service, and Infrastructure.
• Strong documentation and workflow tracking skills.
• Any graduate degree.
