Experience with M&A (mergers and Acquisitions ) or divestiture projects, especially in the details of infrastructure and IT changes

They should also be experienced in driving work across multiple departments .

They should be proactive, an excellent communicator, and have an executive-level presence because they will lead meetings for the client ELT.(Executive leadership team)

• 4+ years of work experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

• 11+ years of work experience with Project Managers
