Lead site design teams and manage complex project lifecycles within the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate site design teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Drive business development and create new opportunities to increase profitability and growth.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks while maintaining a focus on return on investment.
• Communicate effectively with internal leaders, peers, and external clients across all organizational levels.
• Analyze financial reports, metrics, and data to inform project decisions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of progressive experience within the AEC industry.
• Proven track record in business development and creating new business opportunities.
• Experience leading and motivating site design teams.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial reports and metrics.
• Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional licensure (PE, RLA, or PLS) in the state where business is performed.
