Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
• Translate technical concepts into business value for C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead distributed and remote teams across different time zones.
• Forecast resources and plan capacity to optimize project health.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to improve project ROI.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Expert command of Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com for workflow configuration.
• Active certification in Agile methodologies (PMP-ACP, CSM, or SAFe).
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong skills in Project Management.
• Ability to increase team velocity through process optimization.
