Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects focused on Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams modernization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive migration strategies for mail flow transitions, SharePoint site consolidation, and Teams governance.
• Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and success criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables including Microsoft, Proofpoint, and ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with M365 security, change management, and governance requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management platforms.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization.
• Hands-on project experience with complex project management.
• Ability to coordinate with offshore and onshore support teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the energy, utilities, or regulated industry sector.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online mail flow, SMTP relay modernization, OAuth 2.0, and DMARC/DKIM.
• Agile/Scrum or SAFe certification.
