Description

Lead M&A and divestiture projects with a focus on infrastructure and IT changes, driving execution across multiple departments and presenting to the Executive Leadership Team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end M&A or divestiture projects, specifically overseeing infrastructure and IT transitions.
• Drive cross-functional work streams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Lead meetings and reporting for the client Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Maintain executive-level presence and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers during complex transaction phases.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 4+ years of direct experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or divestiture projects.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure and IT changes within M&A contexts.
• Proven ability to drive work across multiple departments and functions.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-stakes, complex transaction environments.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure migration and integration.
