Description

You will lead the bulk badge rollout for Corporate Security, coordinating the rebadging of approximately 6,000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire badge rollout by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, risk management plans, and CONOPS.
• Create statements of work, requests for proposals, and monitor contract compliance.
• Develop automated reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and presentations for financial performance tracking.
• Establish cost estimating processes and implement financial risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong financial modeling and performance reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with badge renewal projects.
• Familiarity with contract management and interpretation.
• Experience in transportation and federal projects.
