Description

You will lead Salesforce transformation projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Align Salesforce transformation initiatives with broader business goals.
• Implement quality assurance and maintain compliance with GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA.
• Manage Agile and hybrid methodologies, including sprint planning and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee project planning and stakeholder management throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record in Salesforce IT project implementation.
• Experience managing Agile/Hybrid methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of governance and compliance (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Project Plan.
• Direct experience with Salesforce environments.
• Background in healthcare and Salesforce transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
