Description

Lead Agile delivery and project management for multi-million-dollar healthcare technology implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management including scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration.
• Scale Agile processes to manage complex healthcare technology implementations.
• Create and maintain project, release, and sprint plans; present status to customers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Track progress, resource capacity, and production tickets using Smartsheet and Jira.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Rally.
• Strong background in customer-facing stakeholder and expectation management.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, SQL, BI, CCDA, and HL7.
• Proven ability in risk mitigation, negotiation, and influencing.
• Experience managing end-to-end transitions to production support.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
