Description

You will lead multiple high-complexity, enterprise-wide projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing matrixed teams and vendor resources to meet schedules.
• Direct the delivery and approval of requirements, functional/technical design documents, and test plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and portfolio-wide impacts.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, managing change requests for scope, schedule, and financial modifications.
• Execute and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with project scope and timelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience managing enterprise-wide, concurrent projects.
• 5+ years of experience with project planning tools and techniques.
• 5+ years of experience with SDLC, development tools, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Planview.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 7+ years of experience if no degree is held).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors in complex environments.
• Expertise in project budgeting, risk management, and change request processes.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience in legal aid services or the BC justice sector.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
