Description

Seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager for the Capital Construction Technology Services team with a focus on Digital Technology (DT) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of DT products and services outlined in project scopes, specifically within the Stations, Facilities, & Accessibility (SF&A) and Capital Construction projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction and redevelopment projects, including transportation facilities (stations, airports, transit hubs), corporate office buildings, and operations command centers.
• In-depth understanding of how the Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles.
• Proven track record in managing the Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure, encompassing building renovations, restacks, relocations, cabling, network, and systems.
• Expertise in overseeing the Engineering design, deployment, and integration of diverse technologies, including Audio/Visual systems, Content Management Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems.
• Possess a professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to maintain updated and accurate budgets and project deliverables.
• Proven ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
